Take a Look at our spaces
The Big Live Room
A large tracking room designed to capture BIG sounds
Featuring natural light and high ceilings, our 400 square foot ‘BIG Live Room’ has been acoustically designed to capture huge and warm sounds whilst retaining the finest details of the subtlest performance. It is spacious enough for your full band to track together live, and our Hearback monitoring system allows each musician to have full control over their own headphone mix.
The Isolation Room
A controlled isolation room offering a more refined sound
Adjoined by sliding glass doors to the ‘Big Live Room’, the ‘Isolation Room’ is Brighton Road’s second recording area.
It is ideal for separating instruments, singers or amplifiers from the BIG Live Room whilst still capturing a single performance. The Isolation Room has been acoustically designed to provide a ‘drier’ sound perfect for recording vocals, spoken word, and ‘close’ sounding acoustic instruments.
The Control Room
The perfect listening environment
Our 400 square foot control room offers plenty of space for the whole band to listen. Natural light beams in through the skylight windows and there is line of sight into both the ‘Big Live Room’ and the ‘Isolation Room’ via a large window.
At the heart of Brighton Road is our 32 channel all-valve TL Audio VTC console, 26 channels of Neve and API preamps, racks of choice outboard gear and both Pro Tools and Logic Pro recording setups.
